Parenting Center

Our Parenting Center provides families with support and guidance as they raise their young children. It offers networking opportunities, resources, and programming with a wide variety of classes to meet the developmental and social needs of both young children and parents. From yoga to art, we try to make parent and toddler time fun and interesting.

FALL PARENTING CENTER CLASSES (starting September and October)

Registration for 16th Street J members begins August 21.  Registration for non-members begins August 26. 

We close registration the Thursday before the class begins.  Therefore, registrations are due September 4 for classes that start in September.  Registrations are due October 21 for classes which start the week of October 27.

Due to the number of Jewish holidays in October, we have decided to start some of the classes after the holiday season, to avoid interruptions for your children.

Ta'am Shel Shabbat

Fridays

10:00 am

Join our preschoolers for a fun-filled Shabbat celebration each Friday. We will sing Shabbat songs in English and Hebrew, say the blessings and enjoy a snack of challah and grape juice.
